I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of my fused glass jewelry. If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase please contact me at teresamichaelexpressions@yahoo.com within 7 days for a refund or exchange.

The item or items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped to you. Please re-wrap the item(s) carefully and include a copy of your invoice with your return. You should make sure you have insurance and a tracking number to monitor the return.

All purchases are shipped without insurance. Please contact me at time of purchase if you wish to insure your shipment.

Purchases are normally shipped (Monday thru Friday) via 1st Class USPS. An order is shipped within 3-5 business days.

If you live locally and would like to pick up your order in person to save shipping fees, email before you purchase online: teresamichaelexpressions@yahoo.com - with your name, phone number and the item you are interested in. I will contact you to arrange this.
